Jeffery Pirtle, a 31-year-old man from Jackson, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on December 5, 2021. He was fatally shot on Jackson Street around 11:20 p.m., and despite the prompt arrival of emergency medical services, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Jackson Police Department launched an investigation into the incident, which was classified as a homicide.
