James Jai’Kendrick Rivers, a 16-year-old African American male from Jackson, Tennessee, tragically passed away on February 19, 2019. The young victim was a student at Liberty Technology High School and was remembered fondly by family and friends. His death was a result of gunshot wounds, and the incident was investigated as a murder.
