In the late morning of Thursday, February 20, 2025, a witness in Jackson, Tennessee, made a grim discovery. Lying on the ground next to a vacant residence in the 100 block of Conger Street was a young man who had been shot multiple times. Despite the efforts of first responders, 25-year-old Quenteraqus Mckinnie was pronounced dead at the scene. He was a Black / African American male.
