Darius Keshun Vaughn, a 16-year-old African American male from Jackson, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on February 17, 2018. Vaughn was shot in the early hours of the morning in the Raintree Cove neighborhood. He was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries later that day. Vaughn was a sophomore at South Side High School and had plans to join the school's football team in the fall.
