Marcus Maxwell, a 23-year-old male from Jackson, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on September 21, 2019. He was killed during a shooting at Elite Bar and Grill in Jackson. The incident occurred early in the morning, and Marcus was one of two victims; the other victim was Cornelius Roberson, aged 25. The shooting left the community in shock and mourning.
