In the summer of 2014, a young man’s life was tragically cut short in Jackson, Tennessee. Justin DeAndre Williams, a 20-year-old male, was found in a yard on North Royal Street on July 27th, having been shot multiple times. He was rushed to Madison County General Hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
