Justin Williams, a 20-year-old male from Jackson, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on July 27, 2014. The incident occurred outside an apartment on North Royal Street. Justin Williams was fatally shot during an altercation. The investigation into his death revealed that the shooting was a result of a dispute that escalated into violence.
