D'Andre Holmes, a 24-year-old male from Jackson, Tennessee, tragically passed away on January 5, 2019. Holmes was fatally shot outside Magnolia Landing Court Apartments in Jackson. Surveillance footage revealed that a maroon Crown Victoria drove by Holmes, and a passenger exited the vehicle to shoot him multiple times while he was on the ground. The vehicle then fled the scene.
