In the autumn of 2021, the life of 29-year-old Quintez Brown, a male resident of Jackson, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Tuesday, October 12, 2021, the Jackson Police Department was alerted to gunfire in the vicinity of 164 Lincoln Circle. Officers who responded to the ShotSpotter alert discovered a crime scene but found no victim.
