In the winter of 2015, the life of 33-year-old Harvey Gandy was cut short in his own home in Jackson, Tennessee. On the evening of January 26th, police were called to the Crest View Apartments following a report of a shooting. Inside one of the units, they discovered Mr. Gandy, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Investigators at the scene believed that the shooting had likely occurred earlier in the day.
