Geoffrey Brunkhorst, a 58-year-old male, tragically lost his life on April 8, 2019, in Jackson, Tennessee. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred in the driveway of a home he had previously shared with his ex-wife, Bradi Baker. The incident escalated from a heated argument between the two concerning accusations of stolen mail.
The confrontation took a violent turn when Baker retrieved a handgun from her vehicle and fired multiple shots at Brunkhorst, leading to his
untimely death at the scene. The investigation that followed identified Bradi Baker as the sole suspect in the shooting.
Bradi Baker was subsequently arrested and charged with the murder of Geoffrey Brunkhorst. Following a trial, she was convicted of second-degree murder for her role in his death. As a result of her conviction, the court sentenced her to a term of twenty-five years of imprisonment.
