In the early hours of a spring morning on April 13, 2020, the life of Tony Wallace, a 27-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Memphis, Tennessee. A well-regarded tattoo artist and a father to a young daughter, Wallace was discovered deceased inside his blue Chevrolet Camaro on Titus Road near Mallory.
