In the early hours of a Friday morning in Memphis, Tennessee, a grim discovery was made that would leave a community in mourning and a family searching for answers. On November 16, 2018, 21-year-old Kevin McNeil Jr., a male, was found shot to death inside an apartment at the Bent Tree Apartments in the Whitehaven neighborhood. His life was tragically cut short in what police would describe as a targeted attack.
