On the evening of December 3, 2020, Caitlyn Marie Kaufman, a 26-year-old female, was driving her Mazda CX-5 SUV along Interstate 440 in Nashville, Tennessee. She was on her way to St. Thomas West Hospital, where she worked as an intensive care nurse, a job she had moved to the city for in 2018.
