In the spring of 2023, the life of a four-year-old girl, Taliyah Frazier, was tragically cut short in Nashville, Tennessee. On the evening of May 30th, Taliyah was a passenger in a Chevrolet Malibu, accompanied by two-year-old twin boys and their 22-year-old father, who was driving.
