Richard D. Lyons, a 62-year-old man from Nashville, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on November 28, 2021, due to a targeted shooting. The incident occurred at around 6:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Cedarvalley Drive in South Nashville. According to reports, a man entered Lyons' residence through the front door and fired a shot at a female relative, who managed to escape unharmed. The intruder then proceeded to the upper level of the home, where he fatally shot Lyons before fleeing the scene.
