In the early hours of a Sunday morning in January 2017, a grim discovery was made at the Blue Sunday Bar and Grill in Bowie, Maryland, marking the tragic death of 27-year-old Jin Chen. Chen, a male, was found shot inside the restaurant he co-owned. He was not the only victim of the violence that shattered the quiet of the suburban town. Alongside him were his business partner, 28-year-old Xue Zou, and the restaurant's manager, 46-year-old Sherwood Morgan.
