On May 4, 2022, 65-year-old Kenneth Brown was found shot to death on the front porch of a home in North Nashville. According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, Brown was shot in the leg near his home and ran to a neighbor's porch, where he collapsed and died from his injuries. The investigation indicated that the shooting was targeted, with robbery being a potential motive.
