In the summer of 2018, the life of 24-year-old Quintin Brooks, a male resident of Nashville, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. On the evening of July 10th, Brooks was found fatally shot in a car parked in the lot of the McFerrin Community Center on Grace Street. The incident, which would later be classified as a homicide, set in motion a police investigation to bring the person responsible to justice.
