Ryan Scott Trent, a 29-year-old male, was found inside his white Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck which had veered off the road and come to a stop in a tree line near the Briley Parkway junction. Initially appearing as a tragic accident, the grim truth was uncovered by the medical examiner who determined that Trent had died from a fatal gunshot
wound.
The investigation into Ryan Trent's death revealed he was on his way home from his job when he was shot. The shot was fired into the back of his head, causing him to lose control of his vehicle.
