On April 30, 2022, Jerious Dominque Johnson, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life in Nashville, Tennessee. Jerious was fatally shot in the rear parking lot of the West Park Community Center on Morrow Road. According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, officers responded to the scene at around 6:20 p.m. and found Jerious with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
