William Frazier Jr., an 18-year-old male from Nashville, TN, tragically lost his life on October 12, 2015. He was visiting a friend in the 1000 block of Rambling Brook Road when he was shot multiple times. The incident occurred around 10:20 p.m., and despite being rushed to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, William succumbed to his injuries.
