In the autumn of 2015, a promising young life was abruptly cut short in Nashville, Tennessee. On the night of October 12th, 18-year-old William Frazier Jr., a Black male, was visiting a friend on Rambling Brook Road. Around 10:20 p.m., as he stepped outside the residence, he was tragically shot multiple times in what investigators believe was a targeted attack. Another man, 22-year-old Quintel Hudson, was also wounded in the shooting but survived his injuries.
