On April 8, 2023, at approximately 11:45 p.m., 35-year-old Juan Marquez was fatally shot at the Sudekum Apartments on Charles E. Davis Boulevard in Nashville, Tennessee. Responding officers found Marquez lying outside his apartment door with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
