Death by Force

Antonio Dayette Johnson, a 37-year-old man from Nashville, Tennessee, was tragically found dead on September 5, 2022. He was discovered underneath a blanket next to a dumpster in the Edgehill neighborhood. According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, Johnson died from a gunshot wound. Detectives believe that Johnson had a brief altercation with the suspect prior to the shooting. Surveillance footage from the area is being collected as part of the ongoing investigation.
