Carlos Guillen, a 19-year-old from Bay Shore, New York, tragically lost his life on October 1, 2022, in Central Islip. On that fateful day, Guillen was driving eastbound on Francisco Avenue when his vehicle collided with a parked trailer and a fence at the intersection of Lurcott Lane.
