On September 14, 2024, eight-year-old Phillip’e Woodard tragically lost his life in Nashville, Tennessee, due to an accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound. At the time of the incident, Phillip’e was under the care of his grandmother, 48-year-old Gracie Patton Mimms.
