In the autumn of 1967, a wave of violence shattered the tranquility of Clinton County, Pennsylvania, forever altering the lives of many, including a young woman named Donna Quiggle. On October 23rd, Leo A. Held, a 40-year-old laboratory technician from the area, embarked on a deadly rampage that began at his workplace, the Hammermill Paper Company in Lock Haven.
