Donna Grace Ripka Quiggle, a 26-year-old woman from Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, tragically died on October 23, 1967. She was the wife of Floyd D. Quiggle and the mother of two children, Davy and Jody Lynn. Donna was critically injured when her neighbor, Leo Held, went on a shooting spree.
