Etab Makhoul, a 36-year-old woman of Syrian descent, tragically lost her life on September 14, 2014, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The incident was determined to be a murder-suicide, as her ex-husband, Mouwaffak Mahkoul, also died at the scene. The bodies were discovered outside Etab's home on the 1900 block of East Greenleaf Street.
