Kathleen Dudosh, a 37-year-old woman from Allentown, PA, tragically lost her life on March 28, 1985. She was killed by her estranged boyfriend, Richard P. Miller, despite having obtained a protection-from-abuse order against him. The court order, however, failed to shield her from the fatal attack.
