Joann Frey Bacho, a 46-year-old woman from Allentown, PA, tragically died on January 24, 1990. She was a computer programmer for Lafayette College in Easton and had previously worked as a secretary and programmer for various organizations. Born in Tatamy, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Frey and was raised by her late uncle and aunt, Harry and Mabel Frey. Joann is survived by her son, a brother, and a sister.
