Francine Ramos, a 32-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost her life on July 5, 2015, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She was a cashier at Dick's Sporting Goods and a mother to three sons. Her death was part of a series of random shootings carried out by Todd West, a 24-year-old man from Elizabeth, New Jersey. West, along with two accomplices, Kareem Mitchell and Robert Jourdain, went on a crime spree that resulted in the deaths of three Pennsylvania residents, including Francine Ramo ...
