In the late autumn of 1987, a chilling discovery was made at a truck stop in Breezewood, Pennsylvania, a place typically bustling with the transient life of the open road. On November 22nd, the body of 19-year-old Lamonica Cole, a young woman from Ohio, was found. The circumstances of her death were brutal; she had been strangled, and a scarf was found forced down her throat.
