On a Sunday afternoon, April 15, 2007, the body of 27-year-old Amber Holly Eldridge was discovered under a pavilion in Canal Park in Allentown, Pennsylvania. A subsequent investigation by the Lehigh County Coroner's Office determined that the young woman, a White female, had died from multiple gunshot wounds, and her death was officially ruled a homicide.
