Jerkera Battle, a 22-year-old woman from Allentown, Pennsylvania died on July 22, 2025, after being shot inside her home on the 700 block of West Turner Street in the pre-dawn hours. Police and medics were called around 4:15 a.m.; the Lehigh County coroner later pronounced her dead at the residence that morning and ruled the death a homicide caused by gunshot wounds.
