On November 1, 2020, a 30-year-old man named Terrell Cooper was fatally shot in St. Louis, Missouri. Cooper was a resident of Jennings, a city in St. Louis County, but the incident occurred in the southern part of the city of St. Louis. Officers responded to the scene following reports of a shooting, where they discovered the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
