Carlton James Carter, aged 57, tragically lost his life on January 7, 2010, in St. Louis, Missouri. Carlton was one of the victims of a mass shooting at the ABB Power plant, where he worked. The incident occurred when Timothy Hendron, a disgruntled employee, opened fire at the facility, resulting in the deaths of Carlton Carter and two other employees, Terry Mabry and Cory Wilson.
