A quiet Friday evening in Allentown, Pennsylvania, was shattered by gunfire on December 29, 2023, leaving a family devastated and a community in mourning. Inside a home in the 100 block of Chestnut Street, 44-year-old Ada Ortiz and her 1-year-old grandson, Sebastian Serrano, were found in the living room, both suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
