In the early hours of September 5, 2024, the life of 44-year-old Livi Enid Beltran Fernandez was tragically cut short in what authorities have described as a murder-suicide. A native of Puerto Rico, the Hispanic mother was found deceased inside a residence in the 2000 block of East Cedar Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
