Jessica Mellinger, a 24-year-old woman from York Township, PA, tragically lost her life on January 21, 2014. She was a graduate of Red Lion High School and worked as a mail carrier for the Red Lion and Dallastown Post Offices. Jessica was known for her love of the outdoors, line dancing, and anything with a motor. She was described as bubbly, outgoing, and always had a smile on her face.
