LeeAnn Negley, a 43-year-old woman from Sarver, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on August 18, 2016. She was a dedicated special education teacher at South Buffalo Elementary School and was well-regarded in her community. LeeAnn was born on April 10, 1973, in Harrison Township, Pennsylvania, and was a graduate of Clarion State University. She was also a member of Delta Zeta Sorority during her time at university.
