Carolyn Rose Barr, a 55-year-old woman from Williamsport, PA, tragically lost her life on October 14, 2015. She was shot while leaving her nephew's home on Brandon Avenue. The incident occurred late at night, just as she was helping her nephew's girlfriend return home from work. Barr was an adored member of her community, known for her kindness and warmth.
