Kristine Kibler, a 50-year-old woman from Williamsport, PA, tragically lost her life on October 31, 2016, during a home invasion. She was pronounced dead on arrival at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center after being shot by a masked gunman who broke into her house on Poplar Street. The incident occurred late Monday night, shortly after Kibler and her family had returned from a night of Halloween festivities.
