On January 12, 2024, 37-year-old Alisha Charee Seese was tragically found deceased in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. She and her colleague, 37-year-old Ronald Dailey, were discovered with fatal gunshot wounds near Lycoming Engines, where they both worked as contracted security officers.
Investigations revealed that Seese had recently ended an eight-year relationship with 57-year-old Troy Bailey after uncovering allegations of his sexual misconduct involving minors. She obtained a Protection From Abuse (PFA) order against him in December 2023, leading to his layoff from their shared employment. Despite the PFA, Bailey reportedly continued to monitor Seese's movements, exhibiting stalking behavior.
On the night of January 11, surveillance footage captured Bailey and 49-year-old Muhammad Davis at the Lycoming Engines parking lot. They allegedly abducted Seese and Dailey, forcing them into Dailey's vehicle. Hours later, both victims were found shot to death. Bailey and Davis were subsequently charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping, and related offenses.
Further complicity was uncovered involving 43-year-old Sandy Perez, who was accused of assisting Bailey by disposing of the murder weapon. Additionally, 54-year-old Randall Johnson, a security supervisor at Lycoming Engines, was charged with stalking for providing Bailey with Seese's work schedule, thereby facilitating the abduction.
In March 2024, a fifth individual, 56-year-old Stacey King, was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension, perjury, false reports, and obstructing justice. King, who was reportedly in a relationship with Bailey, allegedly provided false information to investigators regarding Bailey's whereabouts during the investigation.
The arrests of these individuals highlight a complex web of relationships and actions leading to the tragic deaths of Seese and Dailey. The legal proceedings against the accused are ongoing as the community seeks justice for the victims.
