In the early morning hours of Saturday, November 4, 2023, the life of 23-year-old Michael Delvaughn Hall of Northeast, Washington, D.C., was tragically cut short. Police responded to a call of a person down in the 3500 block of A Street, Southeast, at approximately 7:39 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered a young man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
