On a Saturday morning in Washington, D.C., the life of 28-year-old Mark Cobrand Jr. was tragically cut short. On March 19, 2022, at approximately 10:55 a.m., officers from the Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the 4200 block of Southern Avenue, Southeast, following a report of an unconscious person. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene.
