Death by Force

On March 19, 2022, at approximately 10:55 AM, Mark Cobrand Jr., aged 28, was found fatally shot in the 4200 block of Southern Avenue, SE, Washington, DC. Cobrand, who had no fixed address, was discovered on the District's Southwest border with Maryland.
