On a summer afternoon in Washington, D.C., tragedy struck in the 4300 block of Fourth Street SE. It was Friday, July 15, 2016, when gunfire erupted, forever altering the lives of several people. When the chaos subsided, three individuals were found to have been shot. Among them was 20-year-old Sharod Harris, a male resident of Southwest D.C. He was rushed to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
