Kenneth Woods, a 42-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on September 23, 2014. He was shot in the chest in the parking lot of a Popeye's Chicken on the 4200 block of Broad Street. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital by an unidentified civilian, Kenneth was pronounced dead upon arrival.
