Kalief Baxter, a 26-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on July 8, 2021. He was found lying unresponsive in the street on the 2200 block of Fernon Street, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the immediate arrival of medical personnel, Kalief was pronounced dead at the scene.
