On a Tuesday afternoon in Philadelphia, just before 4:30 p.m. on June 8, 2021, the life of Maurice Hickman III was tragically cut short. The 39-year-old man was on the 6100 block of Morton Street in the East Germantown neighborhood when he was struck by multiple bullets.
