In the afternoon hours of a late March day in Philadelphia, the city's persistent rhythm was tragically interrupted by gunfire. On March 21, 2023, at approximately 2:21 p.m., police responded to a call on the 100 block of North Yewdall Street. There, they found 40-year-old Keith Fletcher, a male resident of Federal Street, lying unresponsive in the street. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
