Emanuel Bernard Palmer, a 50-year-old African American male, was found dead on March 13, 2019, in Chesterfield, North Carolina. Deputies from the Chesterfield County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a residence on James Teal Road in response to a reported shooting incident.
