Emanuel Bernard Palmer, a 50-year-old African American male, was found dead on March 13, 2019, in Chesterfield, North Carolina. Deputies from the Chesterfield County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a residence on James Teal Road in response to a reported shooting incident. Upon arrival, they discovered Palmer's lifeless body on the living room floor, with multiple gunshot wounds. The investigation revealed that the shooting occurred following an argument.
